If you’ve received a letter or e-mail from one of us at Weinstein & Randisi, stopped by the office, or visited our Facebook page, you may have noticed we are now “Your Family’s Law Firm.”
This new “brand identity” is an expression of the way we have always felt about our clients and referral partners: we want to treat you like family.
Some things won’t change: we don’t charge for phone calls or the initial estate planning appointment; we bill as much as possible on a flat fee basis, and will let you know the entire cost during that first meeting, so there are no “surprises” down the road; and if one of us isn’t able to return your phone call or e-mail immediately, we will do as much as we can to make sure your questions are answered and your concerns are addressed.
In the upcoming weeks, we’ll be posting links to articles we think you’ll find interesting, all related to family concerns. We may also contact you individually to ask for a referral or introduction to your friends or family.
